THE DUKE AND DUCHESS WILL ATTEND THE EUROPEAN PREMIERE OF LION KING TO ‘PROTECT THE PRIDE’

The Lion King Live-action remake will premiere at Leicester Square in London on Sunday, 14th July 2019 and it will have the Duke and Duchess of Sussex in attendance alongside its star-studded cast members. The European premiere is dedicated “in support of the conservation and communities’ work of His Royal Highness through The Royal Foundation”.

The Walt Disney Company also announced the launch of a campaign dedicated to raising awareness about the decreasing population of Lions across Africa called “Protect the Pride”. Reports say that the population of Lions have decreased by half since the first time Lion King was introduced to the theatres 25 years ago.

Prince Harry is known to be passionate about Conservation and his attendance to this premier is definitely a no brainer.
