For the first time ever, both you and your little one will be able to don the best of Givenchy, just like Kim K and ultimate style star, North West. Although the French luxury brand has catered for its extra stylish young customers (namely N.W. and Blue Ivy) for the past few years, Givenchy is opening its doors to millions of mini-mes now with its first full childrenswear collection.
The 130-piece range features kid-centric versions of its most popular styles, including oversize slogan knitwear, hoodies and bomber jackets, to fashionable heavy-duty boots and jogging bottoms.
“It’s an organic extension,” Givenchy’s CEO Philippe Fortunato tells Business of Fashion. “It’s not about putting the logo on a commercial product, it’s really an extrapolation of a certain look, turning it into a very candid and romantic way of dressing the next generation of customers.”
The ready-to-wear debut autumn/winter 2017 collection will hit stores in July this year.
