Oluchi Orlandi remains one of the biggest fashion exports from the motherland, Nigeria. The supermodel rose to stardom after she won the first edition of the M-net “Face of Africa” in 1998.
Currently signed to DNA Model Management, Oluchi has been featured in numerous editorial and advertising campaigns. She has appeared on the cover of top magazines like Vogue, Elle and Forbes Africa; her editorials features include Harper’s Bazaar, Vogue, Nylon, Allure and a list of others.
In the span of her continuous career, Oluchi has walked the runway for brands like Gucci, Diane Von Furstenberg, Tommy Hilfiger, Giorgio Armani and a lot more. She has also been featured on numerous advertising campaigns for brands like L’Oreal and Coca Cola to list a few.
Oluchi became host and Judge of Africa’s Next Top Model in 2013, a spin-off of America’s Next Top Model competition. Currently, she has under her belt two companies; LuLu Lingerie and LuLu Personal care, the former an underwear and lingerie line while the latter a feminine care and hygiene brand.
Despite her busy schedule, this supermodel still lends her voice and time to work with NGO’s like LEAP and NIPRO.
