EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO MAKE A LAST-MINUTE FACE MASK AT HOME

The worldwide shortage of protective gear has led to everyday citizens having to create their own, to help slow the spread of the Coronavirus. As lockdown measures are being relaxed in certain parts of the world and more people are starting to leave their homes to resume the new normal, if you don’t yet have a face mask or covering of your own, this is the time for one.

While homemade face masks are neither guaranteed to block out every particle or keep you from coming into contact with the virus, it can significantly help block large particles ejected from sneezing and coughing, and also help protect others from your sneezes and coughs if you have acquired the virus but are otherwise asymptomatic. Your face mask will also most likely discourage you from touching your mouth, nose and eyes, which is always a good thing – now more than ever.

Remember: It’s important we all do what we can to stop the spread of #COVID19 and take responsibility for our personal safety and that of others around us.
