For American actor and producer, Viola Davis, there’s a lot to be proud of. Davis will be the first black actress to achieve the Triple Crown of Acting – an Academy Award, an Emmy Award, and two Tony Awards. How’s that for some Black Girl Magic?

Most recently, the global star was announced as the latest international spokeswoman for one of the world’s largest cosmetics companies, L’Oréal Paris. She will be joining fellow A-Listers, like Hellen Mirren and Eva Longoria, to promote the brand’s message of beauty inclusivity and empowerment.

Viola Davis will reportedly appear in L’Oréal’s Age Perfect campaigns (TV, print and digital) in late September.

“I worked tremendously hard to get where I am today – overcoming feelings of doubt to become a woman who truly believes I am ‘worth it’ in every way,” she said in a statement. “I believe it’s so important to build confidence in women from a young age, and to role model diverse perspectives of beauty. To now be part of a brand that has been championing women’s worth for more than 40 years and to use my voice to help empower others is truly surreal.”

The brand’s official Instagram page released a photo, welcoming the accomplished actor into the fold. “Super excited to welcome our newest Ambassador, Viola Davis, to the #lorealparisfamily. Actor, producer, author and advocate for women everywhere. An #unstoppable woman who is beautiful on the outside and on the inside. Viola, you are so #worthit!”
