Biotin: Helps convert certain food nutrients into energy. It also plays an important role in the health of your hair, skin, and nails. Deficiency can lead to a various skin problems including rashes, acne, psoriasis & dermatitis.

Vitamin D: Important for absorbing calcium in the body, for strong bones and healthy immune system. Deficiency of vitamin D can lead to certain cancers, autoimmune disorder and mood disorder.

Collagen: Helps restore and improve elasticity of the skin. If you’re worried about hair loss, brittle nails and dull skin, collagen can help improve these conditions.

Evening Primrose Oil: A great remedy for acne, premenstrual syndrome (PMS), breast pain, endometriosis, and symptoms of menopause such as hot flashes.

Please note that supplements should be taken based on a doctor’s recommendation. We are not advocating for self medication.
